Solicitation Campaign officially begins December 7, 2007 and runs through Friday May 16, 2008. However, you can collect pledges year round.

All completed pledge forms must be submitted to charity organizations for documentation prior to forwarding to the Atlanta Classic Foundation Charities, Inc. office. Another purpose for this step is to ensure that addresses are correct and complete. This step is so critical because with an incorrect address, we cannot bill and therefore we cannot collect.
Pledge forms must be received by the Atlanta Classic Foundation Charities, Inc, office on the official pledge form. (no copies or faxes will be accepted).
Three dates have been established to return pledge forms to the Atlanta Classic Foundation Charities, Inc. office:
- Friday, March 28
- Friday, April 18
- Friday, May 16
Please use the pre-addressed envelopes for the mailing of completed and documented pledge forms.
Helpful Hints:
- When soliciting through database mailings, the collection rate is much higher if followed by personal contact.
- Pledge forms should have: charity name and bird number, address and phone number.
- Including a personalized letter (sample provided) with each pledge form is recommended.
